Cancellation Policy
Cancellation A $30 cancellation fee will be charged on all cancellations. Cancellations made with more than 30 days notification are eligible for a full refund less the cancellation fee. Cancellations made with 15-30 days notification are eligible for a 50% refund of the balance after the cancellation fee is deducted. Alternatively, the entire amount (after the cancellation fee is deducted) can be held in the guest’s account for a maximum of 12 months to enable re-booking at any of the Acclaim Holiday Park locations. Cancellations made with 1-14 days notification are not eligible for a refund. However, the balance remaining after the cancellation fee is deducted will be held in the guest’s account for a maximum of 12 months to enable the guest to rebook at any of the Acclaim Holiday Park locations. The tariff may vary depending on seasonal rates. Bookings made via a third party must be cancelled via the same agent e.g., booking.com, expedia.com. We regret that no refund can be applied to early departures for whatever reason.
