Full Refund less $40.00 Administration Fee Deposit 50% deposit required to confirm accomodation Loss and /or Damage on vacating The hirer agrees to leave the property neat and tidy on vacating with all dishes done and replaced. Failure to comply will incur an additional fee. If no credit card details the hirer agrees to make alternative arrangements.
