Relax with the whole family at this neat and tidy holiday house, located within walking distance to beaches, shops and amenities. Enjoy a cuppa or glass of wine on the front veranda, or catch the sea breeze out the back. The fully enclosed back yard is great for children and the family pooch. The space includes 4 bedrooms: - 1x Queen Bed - 1x Queen Bed - 1x Double Bed - 2x Single Bed (Bunks) Guests have access to the entire house and yard, including laundry. Cervantes is a coastal town located 2.5hrs north of Perth near Nambung and Leseur National Parks. Explore the Pinnacles Desert, just 17 km south of Cervantes and Lake Thetis, home of the Stromatolites, the oldest living life forms on our planet. The regional centre of Jurien Bay is a short 22km drive to the north. Fishing from the beach or jetty is popular, and boats can be launched from the beach. There is a fish cleaning bench behind the shed. Bike/walk paths are located throughout the town.

Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION POLICY Guests receive a full refund if cancelling 30 days or more before check-in (by 2:00 pm local time). A 50% refund (excluding the service fee) applies if cancelling between 30 and 7 days before check-in (by 2:00 pm local time). Cancellations made within 7 days of check-in after 2:00 pm are non-refundable. HOUSE RULES AND TERMS 1. Guests are asked to treat the property with care and respect during their stay. 2. Check-in from 2:00 pm (self check-in via key safe) and check-out before 10:00 am 3. Maximum 8 guests 4. Pets permitted outdoors only (not inside the house) 5. Quiet hours: 9:00 pm – 7:00 am 6. No parties, events, commercial photography, smoking, or vaping 7. Please respect neighbours, council noise, and parking regulations 8. Report any damage or maintenance issues to host Lionel Lieuwes. 9. BBQ must be moved away from walls and gas turned off after use 10. Fish cleaning permitted only at the designated sink; dispose of waste offsite 11. Native wildlife on the property is harmless and should not be disturbed 12. On departure, leave the property neat and tidy. Wash dishes and dispose of rubbish. Place used towels in the bathroom (do not strip beds). Turn off lights, air conditioning, fans, and hot water system. Close windows, lock doors and gates, and return keys to the lockbox.
