PINNACLES VISISTOR CENTRE While we provide a free booking service, cancellations of Confirmed Bookings (where payment has been made) will attract a AUD25.00 administration fee (incl GST), which is in addition to the Cancellation Fee of the Service Provider/Operator. We reserve the right to offer alternative accommodation or tours of a similar standard in the event that accommodation or tour operator overbooks their property or for any other reason beyond our control. Seabreeze on Seville (applies to all bookings) Cancellation Policy BOOKING CONDITIONS 1. Payment and acceptance of a deposit confirms a booking and indicates acceptance of these conditions. Failure to pay a deposit within 7 days of booking date will result in cancellation. 2. Dogs are not permitted inside the house. All droppings are to be disposed of prior to departure. 3. Any damage to the property or gardens that is apparent upon entry must be reported to Pinnacles Visitor Centre upon occupancy to ensure you are not held responsible for the damage. 4. NO caravans, camper vans or tents are allowed on the property. If you have additional guests staying over you must notify Pinnacles Visitor Centre. There will be an additional charge per person for extra guests. 5. Keys and directions to the property are available from Pinnacles Visitor Centre after 2pm and before 5pm and need to be returned to there by 10am unless prior arrangements are made. 6. We require a minimum stay of three nights at peak periods and on long weekends. 7. A minimum deposit of 25% of the total booking price is to be paid within 7 days from the booking date to secure the booking. The balance must be paid in full at least 4 weeks from the day of arrival. 8. Bookings accepted and confirmed more than 6 months in advance may be subject to pricing changes. We will advise if your booking is affected. 9. Cancellation fees will be charged at the following rate Peak 30+ days prior to arrival $50. 15-30 days prior to arrival and property is re-let $50. If not re-let 50% of booking. 0-14 days prior - no refund. Off peak 14+ days prior $50 and property is re-let. 3-14 days prior and not re-let 75% of booking. 0-3 days of arrival no refund. 10.You agree to leave the property in a clean, neat and tidy condition including all dishes washed and returned to storage areas. 11.No smoking inside property.
